How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Make sure to login to your account, or create an account if you don't have one already. Click the ‘Loyalty Program’ link located on the bottom portion of our website. From there, the progress checker will let you know which reward you can redeem. Click ‘Redeem’, the system will generate a discount code with a dollar value equivalent to the reward you've just redeemed. You can use that discount code on your next purchase, right away or in the future. If the code is not used right away, it will be saved and can be accessed anytime by clicking the ‘Loyalty Program’ link.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer a variety of shipping options that you can select during checkout, each displaying estimated delivery times based on the carrier's schedule. However, please keep in mind that these estimates apply to the shipping time only and do not include our order processing time.
To get a more accurate idea of when your order will arrive, please consider our shipping policy, which details the time it takes for us to process and prepare your order before handing it over to the carrier. This processing period is essential to estimate the actual date we can dispatch your package.
By factoring in both our processing time and the carrier's shipping estimates, you can better anticipate the total delivery time for your order. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Please understand that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier in standard or ground shipments.

When will my expedited order ship?
All expedited orders received before 2pm PST will be processed the same business day (excluding holidays). Any orders received after these times or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Once the package is with the carrier, they will deliver within 1 additional business day for Next Day Air and 2 additional business days for 2nd Day Air.**
USPS Priority Mail is not considered expedited shipping.
**We are not responsible for potential carrier delays.

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are happy to offer Navidium Shipping Protection for all Newborn Studio Props orders. Simply keep this protection option on at checkout and your package will be protected in the event of damage, loss, or theft. If your order includes Navidium Shipping Protection and you experience damage to your package while in transit, or loss/theft at delivery, please contact our team by opening a ticket here and they will help you through the simple claim and replacement process.
If your package is not protected with Navidium Shipping Protection, Newborn Studio Props is unable to accept any liability for damage, loss, or theft. However, our team will still be happy to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. This will prompt the carrier to investigate the delivery for damage or mis-delivery. If they find that there is a possibility of a mistake on their end, the claim will be approved and our support team will work with you to replace your order.* If the carrier does not approve the claim, unfortunately there is nothing else we can do at that point.
*If your claim is approved, we will replace your item at no cost (we will not refund it). If your claim is not approved, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
For all customers suspecting loss or theft: If you cannot locate your package, we first suggest that you check with neighbors or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can’t find your package, there are a few likely possibilities. The first is the possibility of a carrier mishap meaning they mis-delivered your package. The second is that the package may have been stolen. Once you’ve confirmed that you’ve exhausted all options to find your package, please contact our team here and we will be happy to assist you with next steps.
A few recommendations for preventing package theft in the future: Have your package delivered to your workplace. Have your package delivered to the home of a relative or friend that you know will be home. Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice or Informed Delivery by USPS to track packages, receive text notifications, reschedule deliveries or re-route packages to a nearby access point. Ask your carrier to place packages in an area out of plain view.

Can I make changes to my order?
We try very hard to get orders out the day they are placed! Because of this, orders move into processing very quickly. Once that happens, we are unable to make any changes.
Please reach out within 30 minutes of placing your order (if within business hours) and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I enter multiple discount codes?
You can only enter one discount code per purchase. If you would like to order two or more products that have separate active discount codes available, please order them separately.

Why is shipping expensive?
We don't make any profit on shipping... we pay what you pay. Most of our products are not heavy but they are big and that's how shipping companies charge for shipping, dimensional weight.
Hopefully you'll find our products' prices to be one of the lowest in the market and that should help.

Do you offer free local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local curbside pickup at our warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. That option is available during checkout.

If you are ordering from outside the U.S.
To anyone considering a purchase from outside of the United States: Your order will be subject to duties and taxes on top of the purchase price paid to us. We do not cover these costs and they will be collected by the proper authorities of your country. The tax/duty rate is dependent on your location and is subject to fluctuation. Newborn Studio Props is not responsible for any potential additional country fees that may occur.
Also, all prices on our site are listed in US Dollars. If you are purchasing outside in the US (in CAD, EUR or anything else), you will be charged the USD equivalent of the price in your local currency, subject to daily exchange rates and whatever fees/exchange rate your bank or credit card will charge. We take no responsibility for these currency-related costs and encourage you to understand them before purchasing.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY orders outside the contiguous US. Duties and taxes are not paid by Newborn Studio Props and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any additional country fees that may apply.
