You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping fees when choosing to return an item.
If your return is not a result of damage and/or an error on our part, we will not refund the original shipping fees and we will not provide a return shipping label.
All products must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
Orders cancelled and/or returned are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, due to fraud concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any of the gift cards we sell.

As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery with Fedex, UPS or USPS. We will create a status page just for you that you will be able to access at all times to check the status of your order.

We offer a variety of shipping options that you can select during checkout, each displaying estimated delivery times based on the carrier's schedule. However, please keep in mind that these estimates apply to the shipping time only and do not include our order processing time.
To get a more accurate idea of when your order will arrive, please consider our shipping policy above, which details the time it takes for us to process and prepare your order before handing it over to the carrier. This processing period is essential to estimate the actual date we can dispatch your package.
By factoring in both our processing time and the carrier's shipping estimates, you can better anticipate the total delivery time for your order. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Please understand that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier in standard or ground shipments.
Shipping cost is determined by the weight & size dimensions of your purchased items, the distance between our warehouse in CA and your shipping address, and the service you select for delivery. You will be able to see your exact shipping cost during the checkout process and before you pay.
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. LATIN AMERICA: We ship to Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Panamá, Perú, República Dominicana, Uruguay y Venezuela.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm al-Quwain.

Your country's import duties, taxes, and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable.
International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. You will need to check with your country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes.
We cannot be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
We only collect California sales tax for orders shipped to addresses within California.
Local Pickup is available at checkout for eligible items. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Pickup orders must be picked up within 6 weeks (42 days) from the date the order is placed. We will hold/reserve your item(s) during this pickup window.
If your order is not picked up within 6 weeks from the order date, we cannot guarantee the item(s) will still be in stock or available. Items may be returned to inventory and sold.
Orders not picked up within 6 weeks from the order date are not eligible for refunds. If the order is cancelled due to non-pickup, you will receive store credit for the amount paid (minus any non-creditable fees, if applicable). Store credit can be used toward any future purchase.
