Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: How will I know when my order ships & can I track my package online?

As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery with Fedex, UPS or USPS. We will create a status page just for you that you will be able to access at all times to check the status of your order.

Same Day Shipping: What is your cutoff for same day shipping?

Orders will ship on the same day if received by 11:00am PST on business days (M-F, non holidays).
Orders placed after 11:00am PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Business days are Monday - Friday. Excludes US holidays. Expect slight delays on Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders.

How is your shipping cost determined?

Shipping cost is determined by the weight & size dimensions of your purchased items, the distance between our warehouse in CA and your shipping address, and the service  you select for delivery. You will be able to see your exact shipping cost during the checkout process and before you pay.

Delivery Time Estimates in the US: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for estimated delivery windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 11:00 AM PST, on business days (M-F, non-holidays.)

  • USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 business days based on where your package is being sent.
  • Fedex Ground, 1-5 business days (contiguous United States) based on where your package is being sent.

International Shipping: What countries outside the US you ship to?

NORTH AMERICA: We ship to Canada and Mexico.
LATIN AMERICA: We ship to Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Panamá, Perú, República Dominicana, Uruguay y Venezuela.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm al-Quwain.

We'll be shipping to more countries soon. If you see your country on the list of countries during checkout that's good news! It means we do ship to your country.

Delivery Times Estimates for Canada and Mexico

Time estimates assume orders are placed before 12:00 PM PST, on business days (M-F, non-holidays.)
  • CANADA via FedEx Int'l Ground, 1-7 business days based on where your package is being sent.
  • CANADA via USPS Priority Mail Int'l, 6-10 business days based on where your package is being sent.
  • MEXICO via USPS Priority Mail Int'l, 10-15 business days based on where your package is being sent.

Fees & Duties

Your country's import duties, taxes, and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals. Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable.

International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. You will need to check with your country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes.

We cannot be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

We only collect California sales tax for orders shipped to addresses within California.

Return Policy

If your return is not a result of damage and/or an error on our part, we will not refund the original shipping fees and we will not provide a return shipping label.

Opened packages may be returned with no refund on original shipping.

All products must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
