Return Policy

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping fees when choosing to return an item.

If your return is not a result of damage and/or an error on our part, we will not refund the original shipping fees and we will not provide a return shipping label.

All products must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Orders cancelled and/or returned are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, due to fraud concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any of the gift cards we sell.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: How will I know when my order ships & can I track my package online?

Shipping Policy:

• Same-Day Shipping (Tuesday through Friday):
  • Order by 10:00 am Pacific Time (PT) on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, and your order will ship out the same day.
• Orders Placed After 10:00 am PT (Tuesday through Thursday):
  • Orders placed after 10:00 am PT on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• Orders Placed Between Friday 10:00 am PT and End of Day Monday:
  • Orders placed after 10:00 am PT on Friday and any time on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will be processed and shipped on Tuesday.
• No Same-Day Shipping on Mondays:
  • All orders placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday, regardless of the order time.
• Business Days Defined:
  • Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
• High-Volume Periods:
  • During peak shopping days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, please anticipate slight shipping delays due to increased order volume.

We offer a variety of shipping options that you can select during checkout, each displaying estimated delivery times based on the carrier's schedule. However, please keep in mind that these estimates apply to the shipping time only and do not include our order processing time.

To get a more accurate idea of when your order will arrive, please consider our shipping policy above, which details the time it takes for us to process and prepare your order before handing it over to the carrier. This processing period is essential to estimate the actual date we can dispatch your package.

By factoring in both our processing time and the carrier's shipping estimates, you can better anticipate the total delivery time for your order. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Please understand that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier in standard or ground shipments.

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for estimated delivery windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 11:00 AM PST, on business days (M-F, non-holidays.)

• USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 business days based on where your package is being sent.
• Fedex Ground, 1-5 business days (contiguous United States) based on where your package is being sent.

International Shipping: What countries outside the US you ship to?

NORTH AMERICA: We ship to Canada and Mexico.
LATIN AMERICA: We ship to Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Panamá, Perú, República Dominicana, Uruguay y Venezuela.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm al-Quwain.
