Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

Return any product within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging. All returns require a trackable shipping method.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is not a result of damage and/or an error on our part, we will not refund the original shipping fees and we will not provide a return shipping label.

10% Restocking Fee

Orders cancelled and/or returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Gift Cards

Due to fraud concerns, gift card purchases cannot be returned or refunded. Please be certain before completing a gift card order.

When Does My Order Ship?

Tue–Fri
Same-Day Shipping

Order by 10:00 AM PT on Tuesday through Friday and your order ships the same day.

After
10AM
Next Business Day

Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT on Tuesday through Thursday ship the following business day.

Fri–Mon
Ships Tuesday

Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT Friday through end of day Monday all ship on Tuesday.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Expect slight delays around Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Applies to in-stock items only. Pre-orders are excluded from same-day and next-day shipping schedules.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link for FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We also create a dedicated status page for your order so you can check delivery progress at any time.

Shipping cost is determined by weight, package dimensions, distance from our Southern California warehouse, and the service level you select. You'll see the exact cost during checkout before you pay.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Estimates assume orders placed before 10:00 AM PT on business days.

While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for carrier delays on standard or ground shipments. Factor in both our processing time and carrier transit for your expected delivery date.

Estimates assume orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on business days.

Duties, Taxes & Fees

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are never included in item or shipping totals. International orders are generally subject to local import charges — check with your country's import office for specifics. We collect California sales tax only for orders shipped within California.

Pickup at Our Location

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Pickup location: Walnut, CA 91789. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready, which will include our full address and detailed pickup instructions.

Local Pickup is available at checkout for eligible items. Select it as your shipping method and we'll prepare your order for collection at our Walnut, CA location.

6-Week Pickup Window

Orders must be picked up within 42 days of the order date. We'll hold your items during this window.

After 6 Weeks

We cannot guarantee your items will remain in stock. Uncollected items may be returned to inventory and sold.

Store Credit Only

Orders not picked up within 6 weeks are not eligible for refunds. You'll receive store credit for the amount paid, usable on any future purchase.
