Make sure to login to your account, or create an account if you don't have one already. Click the ‘Loyalty Program’ bubble located on the bottom left corner of our website. From there, the progress checker will let you know which reward you can redeem. Click ‘Redeem’, the system will generate a discount code with a dollar value equivalent to the reward you've just redeemed. You can use that discount code on your next purchase, right away or in the future. If the code is not used right away, it will be saved and can be accessed anytime by clicking the ‘Loyalty Program’ bubble.

Shipping

Orders placed Tuesday thru Friday before 11am PST will be fulfilled and shipped out same-day.

Orders placed Tuesday thru Thursday after 11am PST will be fulfilled and shipped out the next day.

Orders placed Friday after 11am PST thru Monday will be fulfilled and shipped out by Tuesday at the latest.
This is dependent on various factors, such as volume of sales during the weekend, Pre-order fulfillments, and holidays.

We do our best about getting orders out as quickly as possible. If you feel that there may be a mistake, please contact us.

We don't make any profit on shipping... we pay what you pay. Most of our products are not heavy but they are big and that's how shipping companies charge for shipping, dimensional weight.

Hopefully you'll find our products' prices to be one of the lowest in the market and that should help.
