Backdrops/Floors Returns

As backdrops and floors are printed to order, Newborn Studio Props will only accept exchanges/returns if the backdrop or floor has a defect or is damaged. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they know what material and size they are purchasing prior to placing an order. Newborn Studio Props will not accept returns based on the wrong design, orientation, material or size or change of mind on design selected.

The color of the backdrop/floor I received is not the same in my monitor

Please note that each monitor is calibrated differently and the colors may be slightly different when printed. All our backdrops/floors pass strict quality control before being shipped.
The backdrops/floors are printed in CMYK and on monitors the image is viewed in RGB. For this reason, you can see the final product somewhat different, although if there is any difference it is minimal and there is usually no problem.
When you buy a backdrop/floor from us you accept these conditions. We will not accept exchanges or returns for this reason.

Delivery

United States: All printed backdrops will be shipped the next business day after you place your order.
If ordered with other products, backdrops will be delivered separately due to special packaging needs. A tracking number will be provided.

To ensure efficiency and super-quick delivery, we ship your printed backdrop order from one of our nearest warehouses in California, Texas, or Pennsylvania. This means you'll receive your order in the shortest time possible!

Outside the U.S.: Backdrop/Floors orders with a shipping address outside the U.S. will be shipped 72 hours after you place your order.

Shipping method: Backdrop/Floors orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground regardless of the shipping method you choose during checkout.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Custom production of backdrops/floors is automatic and starts immediately after the order is received. For this reason, backdrop/floor orders cannot be canceled. All backdrops/floors sales are final.
